Portsmouth, UK – presentation of papers during HSI 2016 and Consortium meeting

The 9th International Conference on Human System Interaction (HSI2016) was organized in Portsmouth, UK, from July 6th to 8th, 2016. Numerous papers were submitted to this conference. Most of them were accepted and presented during the event. The presented papers were focused on eye-tracking and eGlasses, on interaction using proximity-sensors, on extraction of vital-signs from image sequences, on interface design for eGlasses, etc.
One of eGlasses papers was awarded as the BEST PAPER. The title of this paper was: Estimation of the amplitude of the signal for the active optical gesture sensor with sparse detectors.
Additionally, During the conference the working meeting of the Consortium was organizes. During the meeting partners planned the Evaluation and Integration Workshop to be organized at iHomeLab at the beginning of September.eGlasses_HSI_2016_1
